سياسة الخصوصية
تطبيق Xtream iptv مشغّل وسائط فقط. لا يقدّم التطبيق أي قنوات أو أفلام أو محتوى، ولا يبيع اشتراكات. يضيف المستخدم بيانات اشتراكه من مزوّد خدمة يختاره بنفسه، ويكون المزوّد مسؤولاً عن المحتوى الذي يقدّمه.
البيانات التي يحفظها التطبيق على جهازك
- بيانات الدخول التي تُدخلها (اسم المستخدم، كلمة المرور، رابط السيرفر).
- المفضلة وسجل المشاهدة ونقطة التوقف والإعدادات.
تبقى هذه البيانات على جهازك، وتُحذف عند حذف القائمة أو حذف التطبيق.
البيانات التي تُرسل إلى خادم الإدارة
لتسهيل الدعم الفني وتفعيل الاشتراك تلقائياً، يرسل التطبيق إلى خادم الإدارة الخاص بنا:
- معرّف جهاز يُنشئه التطبيق (يظهر باسم MAC). هذا المعرّف ليس عنوان MAC الحقيقي، ولا يمكن استخدامه لمعرفة هويتك.
- بيانات الاشتراك للقوائم المضافة: اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور ورابط السيرفر، ورقم إصدار التطبيق.
تُحفظ بيانات الاشتراك في خادم الإدارة لنتمكّن من مساعدتك في الدعم الفني وإعادة تفعيل اشتراكك، ولا يطّلع عليها إلا فريق الدعم. لا نجمع الاسم أو البريد أو الموقع أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور، ولا نبيع أي بيانات أو نشاركها مع جهات إعلانية. لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات أو أدوات تتبّع.
الاتصال بخدمات أخرى
- يتصل التطبيق بسيرفر مزوّد الخدمة الذي أضفته لعرض المحتوى وتشغيله.
- اختبار السرعة يتصل بخدمة speed.cloudflare.com عند تشغيله فقط.
- زر "تواصل معنا" يفتح واتساب.
حذف البيانات
احذف القائمة من التطبيق فتُحذف من جهازك ومن خادم الإدارة. ولحذف كل ما يتعلق بجهازك، تواصل معنا وأرسل رقم MAC الظاهر في التطبيق.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بيانات منهم عن قصد.

Privacy Policy
Xtream iptv is a media player only. It does not provide any channels, movies or other content and does not sell subscriptions. Users add login details from a service provider of their own choice, and that provider is responsible for the content it offers.
Data stored on your device
- The login details you enter (username, password, server address).
- Favourites, watch history, resume positions and settings.
This data stays on your device and is deleted when you remove the playlist or uninstall the app.
Data sent to our management server
To support customers and activate subscriptions automatically, the app sends our management server:
- A device identifier generated by the app (shown as "MAC"). It is not the real hardware MAC address and cannot identify you.
- The subscription details of added playlists: username, password and server address, and the app version.
Subscription details are kept on our management server so our support team can help you and restore your subscription; only the support team can see them. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts or photos, and we do not sell or share any data with advertisers. The app contains no ads or tracking tools.
Other services
- The app connects to the provider server you added, to list and play its content.
- The speed test connects to speed.cloudflare.com, only when you run it.
- The "Contact us" button opens WhatsApp.
Deleting your data
Removing a playlist in the app deletes it from your device and from our management server. To delete everything related to your device, contact us with the MAC shown in the app.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
